HCR 18                                                                                            
The Speaker changed the order of the committee referrals for the                                    
following:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 18                                                              
     Establishing the Joint Legislative Charter School Task Force.                                 
                                                                                                    
HCR 18 was removed from the Health, Education & Social Services                                     
Committee and referred to the House Special Committee on Education                                  
with further referrals to the Health, Education & Social Services and                               
Finance Committees.
